I am not big into new year resolutions in fact I always roll my eyes everytime that someone tells me that they have a ew years resolution. I am currenty weighing 275 and my goal is to weigh 250 by the end of the year. Lets see is I don't eat my own words.

I'm sure you'll do it!
25lb over a year, half a pound a week, is plenty doable.
Just make sure you're nibbling throughout the day, ie the usual 6 small complete meals, to keep you revving up and hunger at bay.
Never give up :)
