Great Late Night Snack
I was staying up until my wife came home and during that time I was getting hungry. So I was looking to have a low carb snack that tasted great and was simple. I was looking in the refrigerator and found some mushrooms. So I sautéed the mushrooms with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. It was excellent! The key of making good mushrooms is to cook them till they are moist and soft in the middle. Oh, this dish is very low in calories and carbs. I made enough to fill 1.5 cups.
